SCHOOL HOURS

Monday To Saturday
1. For Class Nursery to Class - PP II 9.00 am to 1.00 pm
2. For Class - 1 to 10th, 8.20 am to 2:20 pm

The student is expected to arrive ten minutes before the first bell.
Parents are requested to take their wards back from school as per given timings.
Change in timing. If any will be intimated through student daily diary.

Note: The design of uniform can be obtained from school before sending the child to school the bag should be checked with books and copies (as per time table) two pencils sharpener (not blade) erasers are kept. Encourage the child to keep his/her belongings personally He/She be encouraged to become self dependent.


ALMANAC - DAILY DIARY

     Parents advised to pursue the entries in the school Daily Diary regularly every day. All school communication will be passed to the parents through the Daily Diary.
     In case of absence please send application with reasons and in case of medical leave kindly produce doctor's certificate please avoid long leave.
     Remaining absent without application is not desirable. The name will be struck off from the rolls in case the student is absent from the school for more than a week.


ATTENDANCE

100% attendance is desirable but 80% attendance is a must. The student will not be allowed to sit for examination if his/her attendance is not up to the desired limit of 80%.


GUARDIANS/PARENTS TO NOTE PLEASE

A student, if remains absent continuously for seven days, his/her name will be struck off from the rolls without prior notice to parents. If the name of the child is struck off re-admission will take place in case the parents want to regularise the absent, re-admission means full charge as is taken at the time of admission. PAYMENT OF FEES/DUES Maintenance fees and other school dues are to be paid in between 1st to 10th of every month. On request from the parents maintenance fee and other dues may be accepted in one installment in the beginning of the session.


PRIVATE TUTION

No private tuition is allowed except with the previous permission of the principal. Permission will not be granted for engaging private tutions after January. The school wants to keep up the standard.



GENERAL INFORMATION

1. Sai Roots To Wings Academy management intends to come up to the expectations of the people by providing good education and giving an opportunity to each and every student to develop his/her talents and blossom into full fledged citizen of the Indian society. Every student will og receive individual personal attention from the staff of the no school.

2. Keeping up the national spirit of equality and secularism admission open to all irrespective of caste, creed, religion or color.

3. The school lays equal importance and emphasis on character formation and excellence in all school subject.

4. Medical check up of all student is done by a competent medical practitioner at regular intervals and the report are sent to the parents for their information and follow up.

5. Student are required to participate in co-curricular activities.


RULES

1. School open on 2nd April and the admission of the entrance start from 1 st January to July end (Admission forms are available in school premises).

2. School is held on all the days in week from (Monday to Saturday) except on Sunday and other school holiday's.

3. Daily and regular attendance is compulsory.

4. All students are required to be present in the school The premises 10 minutes prior to the first bell. In case of student being late they are liable to be sent back home at parents risk. No student is allowed to leave the school premises during recess or otherwise without express permission from the principal.

5. Parents are requested to ensure that the student should have at least two pairs of school uniform and student should wear clean tidy and correct uniform while attending their classes.

6. For break of Rule and misconduct a student may be punished or fined for misconduct. Discipline has to be cultivated we request the parents to co-operate with us. Pupils are answerable to the school authorities even for their conduct out side the school. They ought to be worthy of human decency and dignity Misbehaviour justifies dismissal.

7. Student should be provided with handkerchiefs He/She should bring all learning materials book copies, pen, pencils and eraser (in box) student should use only ink pen and ball pen. Pilot pen etc are not allowed.

8. Pupils must ensure cleanliness of the school premises and the should be particular in not throwing waste paper or fruit peels for the windows of the class room they should use waste paper basket and dust bin provided for the purpose.

FOR PARENTS AND GUARDIAN

1. Kindly do not take the child out of station for a long period, when the school is in session this distracts the child concentration.

2. When absent an application must be sent by the parents.

3. Complaints if any must be sent by the parents.

4. Parents especially mother should see pupil attends the school with all necessary books, exercise book, pen, pencil and eraser.

5. No pocket money should be given to the students.

6. Student should not bring valuable and costly items, school will not be responsible for loss of any such item.

7. Please come to school to take back your child at the scheduled hours when the school closes.

8. School will take every possible care of the student so long as he/she is in the school hours.

9. Kindly help the student at home to learn to read and to write. Your personal attention is more important than any private tuition.

10. Brother, Sister, Concession is admissible to the second child of the same parents studying in the school.

(If fall in Month) will be holiday.
